We offer 2 ways to pay.  You have a year lease, and pay weekly or monthly.  The prices in the community range from $1300 to $1800. all bills paid.  For weekly, you pay 1/4 of the total, but you pay each week.  The deposit depends on your credit score.  A cost of $50. is charged for your credit and background.  Deposits range from $1000. to $1500.  No pets are allowed.
